Initiate Your Request
Log into your New Arrival account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
